Feederhouse Chains & Slats

Cleaning

There are multiple points that need to be checked on the  cleaning sieves frequently like:
– Are any louvers bent? Broken? Welding cracked?
– Are elements bent?
– Is the sieve setting consistent, and the same on the entire surface?

John Deere offers a wide range of different sieves to ensure best performance in all crop types like small grains or corn. Inform yourself at the dealership about the potential to enhance your cleaninig quality!

Straw Chopping

Straw chopping is a crucial last point of the combine harvesting process. Blunt, damaged or missing knives affect your machine in a negative way. To prevent this, you should be equipped with the right knives for the job!
