Maintain your hitch regularly!
Heavy duty working conditions, enhanced performance & increased driving speeds put increased stress on hitches.
- Every 250 hours: lubricate jaw of wagon hitch, Pick-up hitch = lubricate & check torques of attaching bolts
- Every 500 hours: check wear / check gap dimension btw the turnable & the rigid part of the wagon hitch (not more than 3 mm)
Forced steering for ball-type K80.
Tighter turns, less tyre wear, more operator comfort. For improved safety & reliability with forced steering trailers or tankers, make sure you have the original coupling tie rods.
